You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing. You are solely responsible for the content on your website or where you promote the Company's services.

5. Company Responsibilities
The Company will provide you with access to affiliate links, marketing materials, and program updates. The Company will track sales generated through your affiliate links and pay you commissions according to these Terms. The Company will provide customer support to your referred customers.

6. Payouts
